These terms

This site is operated by TBC (ABN TBC). By using it, or by joining the consultant network, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Shopping with us

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality and fit for purpose. Those rights exist regardless of what this document says. If any part of these terms is inconsistent with them, the consumer guarantees prevail.

Product prices and availability come from our supplier’s catalogue and may change. Orders are placed through this site; this site does not currently take payment online, and no card details are collected or stored here.

Joining as a consultant

You may join the network as a consultant through the join page. Joining costs a one-time $145.00 administration fee, paid to TBC.

• No commission is ever paid on the joining fee — not to you, not to the person who introduced you, and not to anyone above them. It is not part of any order’s commission pool, and it is not a product purchase.
• The fee does not affect what you earn. Your commission rate, your tier, and your access to commission from sales in your line are the same whether you paid the fee, had it waived, or not.
• The fee is recorded as charged, and separately marked as received or waived.

How commission works

A percentage of each order’s merchandise value becomes a commission pool. The consultant who made the sale receives a share of that pool, and each consultant above them receives half of what the level below received. Nothing is paid for recruiting. Commission arises only from a sale that is actually paid for. Introducing another consultant earns nothing, and there is no bonus, override or reward for doing so.

No quota or purchase requirement. There is no rank, target or minimum purchase that unlocks your earnings. You never have to buy your own product to earn commission.

No income is guaranteed. What you earn depends entirely on sales made through your link. Many consultants earn nothing at all. Nothing on this site is a promise or projection of income, and participating is not an investment.

The commission record

We keep a permanent record of every order and every commission line, because it is the evidence of what is owed to whom. Commission entries cannot be edited or deleted; if a sale is refunded or reversed, a new reversing entry is recorded against the original. This protects you as much as us: the history of what you earned cannot be quietly rewritten.

Commission becomes payable once the return window for the sale has passed.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information, and keep your account details current.
• Do not misrepresent what the programme pays. In particular, do not tell anyone they will earn money for recruiting, that income is guaranteed, or that the joining fee is ever commissionable. It is not, and saying otherwise is not just wrong but potentially unlawful.
• Do not use the site to break the law, to harass anyone, or to attempt to interfere with its operation or security.
• You are responsible for your own tax and any registrations that apply to you. We do not withhold tax or pay superannuation on your behalf.

Your status

Consultants participate as independent parties running their own activity. You are not an employee, partner or agent of TBC, and nothing here creates an employment relationship. You decide when and how much you promote, and you are free to stop at any time.

Ending your participation

You may stop participating at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully or to harm others. If that happens, commission already earned on completed sales remains owed to you, and the record of it is retained.

Liability

We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of anticipated income or profit — including where a consultant earns less than they hoped.

This site depends on services we do not control, including our authentication and hosting providers. We aim to keep it available but do not promise uninterrupted access.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and material changes will be made clear on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
