How did Parteepea start, and why?

The founder’s own answers

This page answers the questions people actually ask, starting with the one the whole business came out of.

How did Parteepea start?

parteepea.com started in October 2026, founded by Richard A. Kontos.

Richard had received five contracts over a period of time. He was excited about them — until he read the conditions. The contracts contained clauses that would have allowed an investor to sack him, and the loyal crew who had stuck with him for years, at will. He was never going to let that happen.

So what did he do instead?

He talked to his friends and crew about doing what the funders were going to do — except that everyone would own their own business, with no restriction on its size or depth.

Some people want to sell a handful of products. Others want to build something large. The plan was designed to cater to both, and to every size of business in between.

What is Parteepea, in one sentence?

A party-plan distribution network for new saleable products, added constantly to assist the growth of your business. A consultant shares a link; when someone buys through it, commission is earned on that sale and a share flows up the sponsor line.

It is a sales commission programme and nothing else. It is not an investment, and it is not a get-rich-quick scheme.

How much can a consultant earn?

There is a worked example on the how commission works page — a $30.00 sale, broken down line by line, showing exactly what each level receives.

No income is guaranteed. What a consultant earns depends entirely on how much they sell, and many consultants earn nothing at all.

Is anything paid for recruiting people?

No. There is no commission, bonus, override or reward of any kind for signing someone up, and no part of the joining fee goes to the person who did the introducing.

Only a sale that is actually paid for creates a payout. If no product sells, nobody earns. That is deliberate, and it is enforced in the database rather than left to policy.

Why should that matter to me?

Because it is the difference between a business and a scheme. A scheme pays people for bringing in more people; when the supply of new people runs out, it collapses and the last ones in lose their money.

Here, money only flows from selling something real to a customer. Introducing people earns nothing, so nobody is encouraged to recruit for its own sake.

What does it cost to join?

A one-time administration fee, paid to the operator. It is the same amount for everybody.

No commission is ever paid on that fee — not to the consultant, not to their sponsor, and not to anyone above them. It does not change what anyone earns: rates, tiers and access to commission from sales in your line are identical whether you paid it or not.

Do I have to buy stock or hit targets?

No. There is no stock to hold, no quota to meet, no rank or target to unlock, and no requirement to buy your own product to be eligible to earn.

All returns and money are handled by the Head Office.

Who is it for?

Anyone who wants to sell product without carrying the risk of holding stock — whether that is a few sales to friends and family, or building a network of their own.

You get a personal link and QR code. Every sale through it is credited to you, and your dashboard shows each order, every level it paid, and what each sale earned you.

Who owns Parteepea?

Parteepea is a trading brand of IPea Pty Ltd.

Consultants run their own activity as independent parties. They are not employees, and they decide for themselves when and how much they promote.

What a consultant may earn, in plain numbers

On a $30.00 sale, the seller receives $7.50. Each level above takes half of the level below, and the total payout always adds up to less than the pool — so it can never overpay. The full table is on the how commission works page.

What this is not

Not an investment. Not a scheme that pays for recruiting. Not a promise of income. If anyone describes parteepea.com to you in those terms, they are not describing this programme.
